we use it for a grandchild and used it so seldom we took it apart to wash it and misplaced the vibrate mechanism
just missing the front mechanical that makes it vibrate and such but that didn't stop him from passing out in it. it was way more comfortable than his other bouncers ,
Has safety straps and extra comfort insert, we just used our foot to bounce him , then he was old enough to bounce himself just by moving his leg's. you probably could get a replacement part from the manufacturer.
